Hojra started as a family kitchen serving neighbours in Small Heath, cooking the dishes we grew up on: rice layered and steamed for hours, meat marinated overnight, bread baked to order.
Everything we serve is halal-certified and made from scratch daily — nothing is pre-cooked or frozen.
